Doberman ResQ ADOPTED - Princess

Black & Tan female

(1/14/10) Princess: [update] "I thought I'd share this with you. This [photo below] was Amanda and Princess having lunch after a long hike in the mountains. She's not the same dog we brought home in July. She's much more confident! We love her. Have a great day. Shanda"

(7/4/09) Princess: [update] "I think she's finally starting to get that we're not going to abandon her when have to leave her alone. Looks like she's going to be just fine. We had some friends over for dinner last night and it was so nice to be able to have a dog inside without worring about her bugging the guests. Everyone was very impressed with her manners. They all loved her!

"Princess truly is the sweetest dog most gentle dog we've ever met! Just a big affectionate rug with legs. Haha... She seems to be perfectly comfortable in our home. She's getting used to strange noises and is curious about the dog next door that likes to bark her. She hasn't barked back yet, I think she's trying to figure out what all the fuss is about it. I believe the best dogs choose their owners not the other way around. How someone let this girl go is beyond me. I guess that just makes us one lucky family.

"Thank you again for bringing her into our lives! Shanda"

Here are a couple of shots of Princess with her new best friend!

(7/1/09) Princess: Adam, Shanda and their 5 year old daughter Amanda, saw Mojo and thought he might work. Unfortunately for Mojo, he was too energetic and rough for the daughter. But things happen for a reason. Wonderful gentle Princess now has her forever family. They love her as much as she loves them. Her great yard provides more exercise then she could ever need, and she has already gone on neighborhood walks. Amanda says she needs a Pink Collar WITH DIAMONDS because she is a Princess. How great is that?

Black & Tan female

(04/1/09) Princess (update): This is not the same girl who was at the shelter. At the shelter she was rather uninterested in people who would stop by her cage. Not so now that she's with Angie. She dances and bounces and clearly loves being alive and with people. Wonderfully housetrained, happy to be with you and loves to play. What a doll. She's going to make some very lucky people very happy.

(03/30/09) Princess: A 7 year old black & tan female with cropped ears and a docked tail. Loves people, kids, housetrained and knows lots of commands. She bonds very quickly and would love to be your companion. A bit over weigh but ready to get out for the walks to take it all off. Well socialized, loves playing at dog beach or at the dog park with other dogs. She's sweet too.
