(11/30/09) Princess (aka Jasmine): Larry and Lorna had just lost out beloved 10 yr old Doberman, Duke, and were looking for another Doberman that needed lots of love. This wonderful couple had had 3 Dobermans over the years, so understood the breed and the demands of having a Doberman. Whenever they travel, their pets come along, so are always close and loved. They found Jasmine on our webpages and thought she might be a good fit. After talking to Angie they drove their RV down to meet Jasmine and see if it was mutual. It was love at first sight. Jasmine warmed up almost immediately and Lorna and Larry knew they'd found their next love. Lorna called the following morning to say Jasmine was a bit tentative when they first got home but after half an hour she was exploring, playing with her new toys and getting to know her new digs. Lorna said Jasmine, now rename Princess, woke them up in the morning to go out and then crawled into bed with them afterwards. Sounds like another Doberman rescue match. Below, Jasmine going home!
